Autumn Leaves Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is extremely proud of its fine reputation and of the role it has had in the development of the nursing home industry in Louisiana. In April 1962, Ted D. Price began with a dream, hard work, and a genuine love of people. Autumn Leaves’ reputation for quality care and heartfelt compassion quickly spread. With the completion of the new Autumn Leaves, this spacious facility is one of the nicest and most modern in the South. We are proud of the history of Autumn Leaves and the fine tradition of caring started by Ted and Marjorie Price… a tradition based upon our belief that what counts most in a nursing facility is resident care.
We believe our staff makes the difference. Our supervisors and administrators expect more than mere technical compliance with governmental rules and regulations. They lead a team sensitive to the social and emotional needs of the residents. Consequently, our employees know more than their job—they know the importance of a kind word, a gentle touch, and the healing power of a smile. Our staff is passionate about Improving Quality of Life.

Happy National Cherry Day 🍒 to ALL of us here at Autumn Leaves! We enjoyed a refreshing cherry slush with a little squirt of cool whip and an added bonus was the cherry on top to celebrate the day!!
